What we store, and why.
Enterprise AI Jobs is a research publication. The only personal data it asks for is what you type into the subscribe form.
The subscribe form
- What we store: your work email (required) and, only if you fill them in, your company, your role or title, and which option you picked under “I am…”. We also note which page the form was on.
- Why: the email address is used to send the weekly email. The optional fields tell us who reads it, so we can judge what to cover. We do not use them for anything else.
- Where: with our email provider, which sends the email on our behalf. We name the provider here when the list goes live. We never sell or share the list.
- For how long: until you unsubscribe. Every email will carry an unsubscribe link.
- Spam protection: the form has a hidden field that people never see; if a bot fills it in, the submission is dropped.
Status: the list is not live yet. Forms on this site are switched off and send nothing.
The rest of the site
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Like any web host, ours keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and reliability.
People on the board
The board names a person only when a public source does (a company announcement or filing, a public LinkedIn post, or trade press), and every record links to that source. See Methodology for what we count and how corrections work.
